Positions

Specification

One. Administrative staff

Post 1 

Responsibilities:

1. Cooperating with the teaching team and teaching staff, communicating with the teachers of each subject, and formulating the enrollment plan 

2. Helping consultants with enrollment and source school information collection and analysis

3. Responsible for the enrollment and publicity of the International Department, and implementing the annual enrollment plan

4. Responsible for the management of student files, after-school counseling services for parents and students

5. Responsible for the survey of parents' satisfaction with students

Requirements:

1. Graduated in education or other related majors with a bachelor’s degree or above  

2. Good appearance and manner, excellent ability of human communication, language expression, communication and coordination, ability to work effectively and independently

3. Aggressive, pioneering, dependable and diligent, willing to meet challenges

4. Familiar with the enrollment work of the school and understanding the curriculum system of the international senior high school 

5. Applicants with enrollment experience in education industry are preferred

6. Applicants making English as working language are preferred

Responsibilities:

1. Communicating with parents and students by phone or face to face to help them understand the curriculum and services of our school

 

 

2. Helping enrollment services coordinators with the enrollment of the International Department

 

 

3. Making an appointment for interested parents and students to attend experience classes and subject consultation activities

 

 

4. Collecting, classifying and recoding the information of students and parents, and calling back to interested students and parents  

 

 

5. Receiving students and parents, and providing service to students in the school

 

 

Requirements:

1. Graduated in education or other related majors with a bachelor’s degree or above

2. Familiar withteaching program, accurately grasping the key points of teaching, and formulating corresponding teaching arrangements

3.Good at summarizing, teaching students efficient learning methods and stimulating their learning interests

4. Actively participating in various training, teaching and research, lectures, meetings and other activities organized by the school and completing teaching and research tasks

Requirements:   

1. Graduated in subject-related majors with a master's degree or above or outstanding undergraduates,proficiency in subject knowledge, overseasstudy background or full-time school teaching experience are preferred.

 

 

2. One year AP course teaching experience

Three. English teachers

1. Responsible for English teaching in the senior high school of the International Department, teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, personalized curriculum teaching, exploring, organizing a variety of teaching modes, flexible teaching, providing high-quality teaching services

2. Testing in stages according to circumstances during the teaching period, correcting and testing the effect of students' reception

3. Loving teachers' work, familiar with curriculum, working actively, strong sense of responsibility

4. Participating in subject teaching and research activities, improving the level of teaching and research, and providing high-quality teaching and research teaching plans

5. Special consulting for students in different levels, formulating individualized counseling plans  

 

 

Requirements:

2. Managing and maintaining the school's venues, equipment and facilities, teaching students to use sports equipment accurately

 

 

3. Reasonable arrangement of teaching methods and means according to the teaching content, enabling students to master basic sports knowledge and skills

 

 

4. Working with the school in students’ physical fitness testing and health education

 

 

5. Engaging in sports performance assessment, establishing student sports files, compiling training files of the sports team and materials on various competition activities

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for class management

 

 

2. Communicating with subject teachers and administrative teachers in time to improve students' grades according to different situations of each student

 

 

3. Assisting subject teachers in correcting homework

 

 

4. Managing students' study in school according to the curriculum management process, communicating with parents in time and effectively, and establishing long-term, stable and good relations with students and parents.

 

 

Requirements:

1. Graduated in pedagogy major with a bachelor’s degree or above, applicants with overseas study experience are preferred

Six. Educational administration staff

 

 

Responsibilities:

1. Make teaching plans and summary, arranging teaching jobs

 

 

2. Responsible for the improvement of teaching quality

 

 

3. Assisting the teaching staff to complete the relevant administrative and academic support services

 

 

4. Responsible for students' registration and textbook subscription, organizing and arranging teachers’ evaluation of students' comprehensive quality

 

 

5. Responsible for the performance assessment and recommendation of teachers

 

 

6. Responsible for the arrangement of examination schedule and monitoring, organizing mid-term, final and various examinations,  arranging invigilators,  examination room, collecting and storing examination papers.

 

 

Requirements:

1. A bachelor’s degree or above, applicants majored in English or administrative management are preferred
